⚗️ Chemical & Pharma ERP: Hazmat management
Classify every material under GHS, keep safety data sheets current, stop incompatible materials sharing a store, stay inside licensed quantities, send every load with the right papers and manifest every drum of waste.
Hover or tap a diamond to see what it warns about. The system prints the right ones on every container label.
Pick two storage groups. The matrix shows the general rule; your site's SDS and risk assessment set the final one.
First group
Second group
Every material has a GHS safety data sheet. Pick a section to see what it holds. The system links the right sections to stores, issues and dispatches.
Stock in each store against its licensed or notified quantity. Above 90%, the next receipt needs approval. Demo data.
Five checks on the way from loading bay to customer, each one recorded against the dispatch.
What each one asks for, and where it's handled in the suite.
Nine capabilities, each linked to the related module.
Send us your chemical list. We'll show it classified, segregated and checked against your licences in a live demo.

It keeps track of hazardous chemicals from purchase to disposal: GHS classification and labels, safety data sheets, where each material is stored and with what, quantities against licence limits, transport documents and hazardous waste.
Yes. Each material carries its GHS classes, pictograms, signal word and statements, and a current 16-section SDS. Labels print from that data, and the SDS is linked wherever the material is stored or issued.
Each material belongs to a storage group. Stores and bays have rules about which groups they can hold, so the system warns or blocks when someone tries to put incompatible materials together, such as oxidisers next to flammable solvents.
Records for the MSIHC Rules 1989, the Chemical Accidents Rules 1996, PESO licences under the Petroleum Rules 2002, the Hazardous and Other Wastes Rules 2016, the Central Motor Vehicles Rules on dangerous goods, and the Factories Act duties on hazardous processes.
Yes. Each store or tank carries its licensed or notified quantity. Receipts that would take it over the limit are flagged before they're accepted.
Yes. Each dispatch of a hazardous load prints its TREM card, labels and shipping details from the material's data, and records the vehicle and driver checks.
Waste is logged by type and store, with storage time watched. Each movement gets a manifest and goes to an authorised facility, and the annual return is built from those records.
It rolls up hazard data from each ingredient in the formula as a starting point. Final classification of a mixture should be confirmed by a qualified person.
As an estimate, 6 to 10 weeks for one site, depending on how many materials need SDS and classification data loaded.
