🩺 Healthcare ERP · Patient management
Register patients in seconds with ABHA Scan and Share, book and remind appointments, run OPD queues and bed boards live, and discharge without chasing paperwork. Every visit, test, medicine and bill lands on one UHID that doctors, nurses, lab, pharmacy and billing share.
Patients scan your QR code with their ABHA app and their verified details arrive at the desk. Before a new UHID is created, the system looks for an existing record. Try it: change the name, mobile or birth year below.

It runs the patient's journey from first contact to follow-up: registration and UHID, appointments, OPD queues, admission, bed allocation, transfers and discharge. Every visit is linked to one record that doctors, nurses, lab, pharmacy and billing share.
A UHID (unique health identification number) is your hospital's own patient number. ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) is a 14-digit national health ID under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. The system stores both, so records stay under your UHID while patients can link and share them through ABHA with consent.
Three milestones. M1 covers creating and verifying ABHA, including Scan and Share registration. M2 makes your hospital a Health Information Provider that links visits to ABHA and shares records with consent. M3 makes it a Health Information User that can fetch records from other providers with the patient's consent. Records are exchanged as FHIR R4 bundles.
The patient scans your hospital's QR code with an ABHA app, which sends their verified profile to your system. The system finds or creates the UHID and issues a queue token, so the patient skips the paper form.
Before a new UHID is created, it searches existing records by name, mobile number, date of birth and ABHA, scores likely matches and asks staff to link or merge instead. Every merge is logged and can be traced.
Yes. It spreads appointments across slots, shows live queues, lets doctors call the next token and shows managers when arrivals are close to doctor capacity, which is when waits climb fastest, so they can add a doctor or change slot lengths.
Bed occupancy, average length of stay, bed turnover, admissions and discharges by department, discharge turnaround time, OPD footfall, waiting time and no-show rates, filtered by doctor, department and branch.
Access is role-based, every view and change is logged and data is encrypted. The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were notified on 13 November 2025 with an 18-month phased rollout, and the system supports the consent notices, consent withdrawal and breach reporting they call for.
Usually 8 to 14 weeks for one hospital, depending on departments, data migration and integrations such as ABDM and lab machines. This is an estimate.
