🤝 Automotive ERP: Supplier integration
Share forecasts and call-offs by EDI or a simple portal, get advance shipping notices before trucks arrive, receive with one scan, pull parts with e-Kanban, pay against what actually arrived and score every supplier each month.
What passes between you and a supplier for every delivery, and how. Each step lights up in turn; hover to pause on one.
Pick a supplier to see how it scores on five measures. The overall rating sets how much attention it gets. Demo data.
Four bins of one part at the line. Use parts and watch the loop: each empty bin is scanned, the supplier gets a signal, and a full bin comes back.
Pick what arrives on the truck. The scan compares every label with the supplier's advance shipping notice.

It connects your suppliers to your planning and stores: they receive forecasts and call-offs, send advance shipping notices and invoices, and see their performance, while you receive against ASNs, pay against what arrived and track every complaint.
No. Suppliers with their own systems can use EDI. Smaller suppliers use the web portal, which works on a phone, to see schedules, create ASNs, print labels and upload invoices.
An advance shipping notice tells you what's on the truck before it arrives: parts, quantities, labels and vehicle. Receiving scans against it, so shortages and wrong parts are caught at the dock.
Each part runs in a fixed number of bins. When a bin is emptied and scanned, a replenishment signal goes to the supplier automatically, so stock is pulled by actual use.
Monthly, on on-time delivery, quality in parts per million, ASN accuracy, response time to complaints and cost. Weights are set by you, and suppliers see their own score.
Yes. Supplier invoices are checked for a valid IRN, and the e-way bill for each inbound truck is captured and checked against the ASN.
A complaint is raised from receiving or the line, sent to the supplier through the portal and tracked through 8D, with containment, root cause and corrective actions.
Yes. The same EDI layer handles your OEM's schedules coming in and your schedules going out to your own suppliers.
As an estimate, 6 to 10 weeks, plus a few weeks to onboard suppliers in waves, starting with your top suppliers by value.
